The dates for the conference are Thursday June 2, Friday June 3th, Saturday June 4th, and Sunday June 5th, 2011.

The golf tournament will be a four person scramble and will be open to the public. The cost will be $90.00 per person which will include lunch, range balls, green fees, and cart rental.
