The Fall State Board Meeting will be held at Topeka FOP Lodge #3 (2649 SE 45th ST.) beginning at 1000 hours on Sunday October 4th. The known agenda is attached, which will likely be updated as we get closer to the meeting and add guest speakers. Any updated version will be sent closer to that time. For those coming in, Lodge #3 welcomes you to attend their Oktoberfest member appreciation family event on Saturday (10/3) from 1000am-6pm. See the attached flyer for details. Lodge #3 has secured a small block of hotel rooms at the SpringHill Suites (2745 SW Fairlawn RD.). The agreed upon rate is $119/night. If you are staying in town Saturday for the board meeting, please use the below link to reserve your room and coordinate with Treasurer Gibbs for payment/reimbursement.
