The 2025 Fall Board Meeting is scheduled for Saturday October 11th beginning at 1000 hours. It will be held at the Topeka Lodge #3, 2649 SE 45th St. Topeka KS.
This meeting coincides with the Lodge 3 FOP Oktoberfest events as well! Any state members/meeting guests attend the board meeting are welcome to have their family enjoy the Oktoberfest event while they are there. Its Lodge 3's most popular fraternal event of the year and the kids will have a great time! Food and drinks will be provided by Lodge 3. The meeting will be held upstairs to limit distraction during the business. The downstairs of the lodge and outdoor activity stations will be available for guests.
The Lodge 3 Secretary has secured a block of hotel rooms at the Cyrus Hotel downtown which is across the street from the lodge. Below is the hotel information in case you need to reserve a room. Rooms must be reserved by September 26th, 2025.
