Hello Brothers and Sisters!  Registration for the 2025 Annual Conference is open!  The 2025 conference will be held at the Prairie Band Casino and Resort, 12305 150th Road Mayetts, KS 66509.  We will have a day of training on Friday June 20th, with business meetings on Saturday June 21st and Sunday June 22nd.   

We are trying something new at this conference.  Friday June 20th will be a day of FOP training.  The morning will be Stewardship training.  The afternoon will be information on forming and running a PAC followed by a panel discussion about recruitment and retention of FOP members.    

Friday night we will hold a cornhole tournament!  Midwest cornhole is going to set up the tournament and run it for us.  More information on registration will follow.  The tournament will be held in the parking lot of the casino.    CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT IS CANCELLED.

Hotel rooms can be reserved by contacting the casino at 785-966-7742 and asking for the event coordinator.  

Registration for delegates and alternates is $125.  Please have your registration completed before May 30th to allow plenty of processing time.  

Lunch will be provided to attendees on Saturday of the conference.  

On Saturday June 21st we will have a banquet in the conference room beginning at 6pm and ending around 9pm.  If you are bringing someone to the banquet the cost for their meal will be $25.  Entertainment that evening will be comedian John McClellan who you are sure to enjoy!

Saturday June 21st - 0900 to 1700 Business Meeting 

Saturday June 21st - 1800 to 2100 Dinner Banquet 

Sunday June 22nd - 0900 to 1500 Business Meeting 

Each attendee, whether Delegate or Alternate, must fill out a registration form. Payment may be submitted one of three ways.  You may use CashApp, mail in your registration fee or pay the morning of the conference.  If you choose to use CashApp please use the notes section to tell us who you are paying for.  If you are paying for your entire lodge, please clearly indicate this with your payment and include the last name of the members you are paying for.
