Hello Brothers and Sisters! Registration for the 2024 Annual Conference is open! The 2024 conference will be held at the Drury Hotel 400 W. Douglas Wichita KS 67202 on June 1st and 2nd.
Please join your Brothers and Sisters for fun at the Wichita Riverfront Stadium and cheer on Wichita's Minor League Baseball team The Wind Surge on Friday May 31st 2024! You may purchase discounted tickets at this link for $10 per person https://fevo-enterprise.com/KSFOPNIGHT . Purchasing through this link will allow us to sit in the same section. The game will start at 1905 on 5/31/24. There will also be fireworks after the game.
Hotel rooms at the Drury will be $123 per night (Friday/Saturday). You may reserve your room by using this link: https://www.druryhotels.com/bookandstay/newreservation/?groupno=10081320 or you may call the hotel directly at 800-325-0720 and provide them with the group number 10081320 to make your reservation. The cutoff deadline for hotel reservations is April 29, 2024 for the discounted rate.
Registration for delegates and alternates is $125. Please have your registration completed before May 10th to allow plenty of processing time.
Lunch will be provided to attendees on Saturday of the conference.
We will have a banquet in the conference room beginning at 6pm and ending around 9pm. If you are bringing someone to the banquet the cost for their meal will be $25.

Saturday June 1st - 0900 to 1700 Business Meeting
Saturday June 1st - 1800 to 2100 Dinner Banquet
Sunday June 2nd - 0900 to 1500 Business Meeting
Each attendee, whether Delegate or Alternate, must fill out a registration form. You will find the form at http://www.kansasstatefop.org/index.cfm?zone=/unionactive/form_page.cfm&formID=108610.
Payment may be submitted one of three ways. You may use CashApp, mail in your registration fee or pay the morning of the conference. If you choose to use CashApp please use the notes section to tell us who you are paying for. If you are paying for your entire lodge, please clearly indicate this with your payment and include the last name of the members you are paying for.
